About Us

Lubov means Love

Immaculate Heart of Mary Lubov Nursery School, (Sadochok) is a “learning through play” experience for children from two to five years of age. Within a bright main floor classroom, our program provides a clean, safe, Christian environment. It is an inclusive program where all children are welcome and may develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually at their own ability and rate. We include an introduction to the Ukrainian language, culture, and customs and welcome families of any faith and culture.

Our Teachers

Pani Tracie

My name is Pani Tracie.  I am new to this program and love working with children.  The happiness in children’s eyes when they discover something new is so rewarding.  Having two school age children I have volunteered in their programs and this has uncovered my passion for working in early childhood education.  I have my CCA.  My family lives in Oak bank and having Ukrainian roots in our family this program has been a great fit and absolute joy to learn and grow.  Hope to meet you all soon at Lubov.

Pani Olha

My name is Pani Olha, originally from Ukraine. I have a background as a biology teacher in my home country. I have my CCA. Currently, my family and I live in North Kildonan. One of my greatest joys in life is spending time playing with children, as their boundless curiosity and enthusiasm never fail to bring a smile to my face. I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of you soon. Best regards,  Pani Olha

Pani Julia

My name is Pani Julia and I find so much joy in teaching children.  “The best teachers are those who show you where to look, but don’t tell you what to see.”  Alexandra k. Trenfor.  I have grown so much as an early years educator.  I love implementing Emergent Curriculum, which is using the child’s interests to build with, therefore creating the best custom learning and play experiences for them. I hold my ECE III, and 20 years of experience.  I am committed to each family to help their child learn and grow through a variety of learning styles that will touch all of their developmental needs.  I look forward to creating long lasting relationships with all the children, their families and within the community.
